Key responsibilities :

Leads.io is searching for a Paid Marketing Specialist to complement our dynamic work environment. As a Paid Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for planning, optimizing, implementing and analyzing lead-generation campaigns via our Paid Marketing channels with a focus on social. You’ll ensure your campaigns generate high-quality leads and monetize to reach revenue and margin targets with a focus on ROI.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and more.
  • Test, monitor, and efficiently run campaigns, manage budgets and analyze data to improve results.
  • Conduct A / B testing and analyze ad copy, visuals and landing pages to refine and improve CTR and CR.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to inform media buying decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in Paid Social to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.
  • Accountable for checking all the content being advertised is truthful and complies with codes of advertising practice.
  • Work closely with our Creative Studio to develop high-performing ad content.
  • Collaborate with other departments / BU’s stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals.

Your qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in media buying, particularly in paid social advertising.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other KPIs to evaluate campaign success.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, identify trends and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Broad understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
