Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in a shelter or residential setting.
• Knowledge of adolescent developmental theory and issues related to youth.
• First Aid and CPR knowledge are assets.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing assessment of youths’ needs and individual counseling.
• Provide trauma-informed crisis intervention.
• Act as caregiver assisting youth with nightly routines.
