Job Description

Welcome to Club Ceramic! We are Leading Retailer & Distributor of Porcelain Floor and Wall Tiles, located in Montreal, Toronto and Ottawa.

We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed in a competitive market in Montreal (QC) and Ottawa .

Salary: Competitive salary plus commission

Benefits: Group insurance after 3 months

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Langue: Bilingual (written and spoken)

City: Montreal and Ottawa

A vehicle and valid driver’s license are required

Duties
  • Development of new business within an assigned region/territory: Montreal and Ottawa.
  • Identify and prospect new clients in residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
  • Goal to achieve sales, margin and customer profitability targets.
  • Increase sales volume by providing professional sales support while identifying new opportunities and introducing new services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads and sales progress.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and promote our products/services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team to maximize sales efforts.
  • Base Salary plus attractive commissions.
