Duties
  • Present and demonstrate our products or services to prospective customers
  • Develop tailored sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals effectively
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and community events to promote the company’s offerings
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in outside sales or a related field preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting sales targets
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing sales
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in the electrical industry, as an electrician, CET, or Engineering is preferred
  • Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial lighting is preferred
