Built by a former industry sales leader, this fast growing company tackles one of the biggest frustrations in facilities services. Instead of multiple vendors and inconsistent service, they offer a single end to end solution with premium quality and a customer satisfaction model that actually rewards great work.

The business has scaled from zero to several million in annual revenue with the founder leading sales. As the company expands, he is now shifting his focus to operations and strategy and is investing in a dedicated Outside Sales Representative who can drive new business growth.

Role Overview

As the Outside Sales Representative, you will own the full sales cycle and be responsible for driving new business across the Vancouver market. You will prospect, build pipeline, run meetings, present solutions, and close deals with general managers, owners, and other key decision makers. The company has strong demand and the operational capacity to support significant new growth.

What You Will Do
  • Identify, target, and acquire new commercial cleaning and hygiene clients across Vancouver.
  • Prospect through a mix of field activity, outreach, and relationship building.
  • Run a full cycle sales process from first contact to signed contract.
  • Present solutions that consolidate vendors, improve service quality, and reduce operational headaches for clients.
  • Secure multi year contracts and hand off accounts to operations for ongoing service.
Ideal Background
  • Full cycle B2B sales experience in an outside or field based role.
  • Experience in facilities services, hygiene, cleaning, foodservice distribution, telecom, or security sales is an asset.
  • Comfortable with door to door activity and self driven pipeline creation.
  • Fluent English communication and a mature, self directed working style.
  • Strong closing ability and a track record of hitting targets.
Compensation
  • Base salary: 60,000 dollars
  • Realistic OTE: 150,000 to 160,000 dollars
  • Car allowance: 1,000 dollars per month
  • In office: 1 to 2 days per week
  • Territory: Vancouver
