Purpose

The Supervisor, Warehouse is responsible for leading a team of warehouse associates in the day-to-day execution of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide a team of warehouse associates, providing coaching, feedback, and training.
  • Conduct performance reviews, address employee concerns, and identify opportunities for team development.
  • Foster a safe and productive work environment for all team members.
  • Warehouse Operations:
    • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
    • Ensure accurate inventory control and order fulfillment.
    • Monitor and optimize warehouse workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize errors.
  • Safety & Compliance:
    • Enforce safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures within the warehouse environment.
    • Conduct safety inspections and provide safety training to warehouse associates.
    • Investigate and address any safety incidents or accidents.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes and implement corrective actions.
    • Analyze warehouse performance data and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and productivity.
