Our client is a global leader in the alternative investment industry. This company invests heavily in technology development, security, and infrastructure through their network of global development centers. As a core member of the Group IT Team, you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure clients maintain access to critical information assets while keeping ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

As a Specialist on the Group IT team, you will focus on bringing the recently launched Oracle Fusion Finance and HCM to full optimization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Specifying technical requirements for integration on the program, including developing, validating, and reviewing conceptual, logical, and physical integration design.
  • Contributing to the end-to-end development of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions, encompassing active involvement in solution design, configuration, and implementation.
  • Working as part of a global team of OIC developers and functional experts.
  • Developing and providing technical support for Oracle ERP/PPM integrations, extensions, and reports. This includes making REST and SOAP calls, FBDI File Uploads, BI-Publisher reports, analysis and OTBI Reports, and Visual Basic Studio/Redwood.
  • Performing inbound and outbound integrations between Oracle Cloud and 3rd party applications.
  • Writing technical specifications based on functional design discussions or documentation.
  • Working with Oracle Support (via Service Request) for Fusion and OIC server/seeded functionality related issues.

Must Have Requirements

The ideal candidate will have worked directly on a Cloud Fusion Project. You must have:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience delivering solutions in the OIC space for Oracle Fusion ERP/PPM.

Understanding of Oracle PaaS offerings and architecture.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum 4 years of experience with the following:

  • Oracle Fusion ERP/PPM API capabilities.
  • Oracle Fusion ERP key Master/Transactional Tables (e.g., AP_INVOICES_ALL, RA_CUSTOMER_TRX, PO_HEADERS_ALL, PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F, PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_M).
  • Development and unit testing of integration components and web services (SOAP/REST) using OIC and 3rd party tools such as POSTMAN and SoapUI.
  • OIC adapters, including the File adapter, and usage of orchestration integration patterns (Scheduled and App-driven).
  • Supporting integrations, including monitoring and altering.
  • Development of BIP reports in Oracle Fusion, including creation of RTF, ETEXT, and Excel templates via BI Publisher Desktop.
  • Oracle SQL and PL/SQL (Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages).
  • Oracle DB objects (Table, Views, Index, Sequence) design, creation, maintenance, and analysis.

Minimum 2 years of experience with the following:

  • BIP Reports advanced concepts (sub-templates, embedded variables, bursting).
  • Integration security and Oracle offerings.
  • Ability to leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, connections, and SaaS applications in the solution.
Preferred Qualifications

It is preferred if you also have:

  • Oracle Fusion HCM API capabilities.
