  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues; apply patches and updates.
  • Manage and optimize data integrations and workflows.
  • Document system architecture and configurations.
  • Continuously improve existing Hyperion processes.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the Hyperion financial planning and consolidation system to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting needs across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues; apply patches and updates as needed.
  • Manage and optimize data integrations, transformation rules, and system workflows.
  • Document system architecture, processes, and configurations.
  • Continuously improve existing Hyperion processes for efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Design, develop, and maintain EPM applications, metadata, forms, reports, and business rules.
  • Provide insights to enhance financial processes and reporting.
  • Conduct user training and support end-users effectively.
  • Troubleshoot EPM application issues and provide ongoing support.
  • Scripting knowledge to understand existing setup of automations and update them as applicable, calc scripts in Planning etc.
