Compensation

Associates are compensated on a fee‑for‑service basis with remuneration starting from 35–43% collections and higher (depending on experience).

Schedule

32 hours per week with work‑life balance:

• Wednesdays: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Thursdays: 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Fridays: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada equivalency process.
• Registered or actively registering with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals.
• Licensed to practice dentistry in BC (we welcome those registered in other Canadian provinces).
• New graduates welcome – we’re committed to your professional development.
• Natural ability to connect with patients and their families.
