What You'll Do:
  • Engage in a detailed mine operations training program emphasizing personal and team safety.
  • Learn and become certified to operate mobile/mining equipment and oversee automated equipment.
  • Perform operational tasks, including manual lifting and shoveling.
  • Work within small teams to safely achieve objectives for the shift.
  • Collaborate with co-workers and supervisors to continuously improve safety and operational efficiency.
