About Us: Stepping Stones Crisis Society is seeking an Operations Support Worker to join their team based out of Cold Lake. Stepping Stones is dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by domestic violence and crisis situations. They offer a range of services, including emergency shelter, education, and advocacy, all aimed at empowering our clients to overcome their challenges and achieve long-term stability and safety.

Position Summary: The full time Operations Support Worker position is Monday to Friday (with some occasional weekends and evenings) and your days will bring a variety of responsibilities, which may include client support, reception, housekeeping, meal preparation, childcare activities, community programming, and other shelter operations. Daily tasks are planned according to the shelter’s needs, and the role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt as priorities change.
