Position

The Operations Manager oversees the day‑to‑day of the business, including interacting with customers, staff, and pool partners. The Operations Manager is fiscally responsible for all aspects of the business – managing the budget, payroll, vendor payments, and daily expenses. This is a full‑time position reporting to the Franchise Owner.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay starts at $28.00 – $45.00 per hour, based on experience, with possible opportunities for bonuses.
