A leading hospitality service provider in Canada is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee food service activities in a high-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of supervisory experience, strong food safety knowledge, and effective training abilities. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ordering supplies, and maintaining records. This is a full-time position work from office.
Supervise, co‑ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food; estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation; prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from dietitians, patients in hospitals or other customers; establish work schedules and procedures; maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and waste; train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
