Job Overview
  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support finance transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA implementation.
  • Partner with finance leadership, project teams, and business stakeholders to understand transformation objectives and ensure alignment.
  • Identify change impacts across people, processes, and technology, and design interventions to address resistance and drive adoption.
  • Lead communication efforts to articulate the vision, benefits, and progress of finance transformation projects.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and support materials to facilitate user adoption and capability building.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and feedback, ensuring concerns are addressed and expectations are managed.
  • Monitor and report on change management effectiveness, adjusting plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Support business readiness activities, including process mapping, role alignment, and transition planning.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and other functions to ensure integrated change management across the organization.
  • Act as a champion for continuous improvement and cultural change within the finance function.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in change management for finance transformation projects, ideally with exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and systems, with the ability to translate technical changes into business impacts.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training and communication programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Change Management, or related field.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
  • Project management experience is advantageous & agile certification
