Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience in a support role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between Axon and customers.
• Monitor support tickets and provide technical troubleshooting.
• Facilitate training for customer integrations.

Skills

Experience with law enforcement and/or government entities
