Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in the pharmaceutical industry required.
• Direct experience with FDA and Health Canada inspections.
• Knowledge of gelatine encapsulation is a definite asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory and customer audits at the Strathroy site.
• Oversee the Commercial Stability Program and Customer Complaint Investigation process.
• Develop and maintain metrics to measure effectiveness of Quality KPIs.
