A leading home goods retailer in Toronto is seeking a Site Lead for their Community Experience team. This role includes overseeing workplace experience improvements, managing vendors, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate has strong customer service experience and excellent communication skills, coupled with the ability to lead and motivate teams. They will work onsite Monday to Friday during business hours.
The salary range for this position is $77,056 - $84,882 per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
