Office Coordinator

As the Office Coordinator you’ll support our vision and values by coordinating and performing a wide range of essential program and administrative services for the Conservation Officers Services Branch. You’ll contribute to the operation of the Branch, including the ongoing development and implementation of branch administrative policies and procedures and many additional highly varied administrative responsibilities. This position will work with the team of administrative assistance within Client, Business & Technology Solutions to support consistent application of business standards in ten district offices to support departmental programs, priorities, and values.

Essential Qualifications
  • Diploma or certificate in office administration (or related field, eg. Legal administration)
  • Experience providing senior administrative and financial support services
  • Experience managing confidential information in an administrative role
  • Experience using a range of software, database, and collaboration tools, including intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, SharePoint, and database systems such as Quest, FMIS, Front End
  • Experience working in a regulatory environment, including licensing and permitting processes

Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the above qualifications may be equally considered.
