Location: 6412 28 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6L 6N3. Work location: On site. Employment terms: Full time, Day shift, 35 hours per week. Salary: $25.50 per hour.

Overview

We are seeking an attentive and organized Office Clerk to support our administrative operations. The role involves data entry, document management, basic bookkeeping, and customer service in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents.
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries.
  • Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories and databases.
  • Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
  • Send and receive messages.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Prepare and format page presentations.
  • Compile data, statistics and other information.
  • Provide general information to clients and the public.
  • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Provide customer service.
  • File material in storage areas.
  • Label, file and retrieve documents.
  • Locate and remove files requested.
  • Organize and schedule office work.
  • Prepare and monitor contracts and budgets.
Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP level.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in an office or administrative role.
  • Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic scheduler, Mac OS, MS Word, QuickBooks, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Reader, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, WordPress.
  • Equipment: Scanner.
  • Area of specialization: Forms and records; statistics; charts, tables, graphs and diagrams; contracts; correspondence.
  • Security: Criminal record check.
