Overview

Senior Office Administrator / Bookkeeper — Ottawa, Canada. Shortlisted by MM Management Consultant for a leading organization.

Base pay range

CA$40,000.00 / yr - CA$60,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities
  • Financial Administration : Manage invoicing and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timely payments and accurate records.
  • Set up and maintain job codes for various client projects.
  • Assist with summarizing financial information and preparing reports and schedules, often in PDF format.
  • Client and File Management : Assist with the client intake process, including preparing engagement letters and performing conflict checks.
  • Set up and manage secure client portals for document uploads.
  • Organize and maintain client correspondence and files, particularly within Caseware.
  • Set up files and manage multiple project deliverables to meet deadlines.
  • Administrative and General Support : Review documents for spelling and grammar to ensure high-quality, professional communication.
  • Utilize strong Word and Excel skills for various tasks, including data management and document creation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
