Job summary

A staffing agency is seeking an Office Administrator for their Mississauga facility. This role involves providing administrative support to the Warehouse Manager, managing office supplies, and handling vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a fully onsite, contract position with a pay range of $24.00/hr. Overview

The Office Administrator will assist the Mississauga facility with all administrative and general office duties. This position must have the ability to provide professional and administrative support to the Warehouse Manager of the Mississauga facility while maintaining a strong level of organization and time management.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the front office area: purchase necessary office supplies, distribute mail, welcome outside guests/vendors, process incoming invoices from various vendors, and all other administrative duties.
  • Maintain outside vendor relationships such as recruiting agencies, cleaning services, landscaping services, etc.
  • Cover front desk reception.
  • Assist with any recruiting needs or processes while in communication with Daedong‑USA.
  • Assist with onboarding of all new employees or temporary workers.
  • Communicate with Daedong‑USA with other administrative duties, including administering company cell phones, credit cards, and other company property.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of all onsite company events.
  • Perform other miscellaneous special projects as assigned.
