Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and emails professionally
  • Schedule service calls and track job progress
  • Prepare and send invoices, quotes, and purchase orders
  • Keep files and records organized (digital and paper)
  • Help manage our website and Facebook page (posting updates, photos, etc.)
  • Assist with timesheets, permit tracking, and basic bookkeeping
  • Support our field staff and office team with various admin tasks
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and basic office software
  • Familiar with Facebook and updating simple website content
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Experience in construction or electrical work is an asset, but not required
