Securiguard seeks highly capable security and investigations professionals to join our OFA 2 (OFA -intermediate) Guards Team. As part of this team, you'll operate within select retail stores, responsible for apprehending shoplifters, tracking repeat offenders, and gathering intelligence on ongoing crime activities.

What you bring:

• Valid BC Security Worker License (Required)
• OFA 2/Intermediate (Required), extensive experience dealing with first aid emergencies
• Ability to complete incident reports on a daily basis
• Must be comfortable apprehending and detaining shoplifters when required
• Ability to handle difficult situations with a calm demeanor
• Excellent judgment and decision-making ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team as operational needs dictate
• Site is not transit friendly, a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle is a MUST

Compensation:

• $23/hr
