A leading coal producer in British Columbia is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse (Lead) to enhance their Occupational Health Program. You will oversee health resources, ensure compliance with health standards, and lead employee wellness initiatives. This critical role requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Occupational Health. Reporting to the Manager, Occupational Health and Hygiene, the Occupational Health Nurse (known at EVR as the Lead, Occupational Health) will support the ongoing improvement and consistent delivery of EVR’s Occupational Health Program, contributing to our commitment to everyone going “Home Safe, Every Day.” You will lead regional occupational health resources, oversee the occupational medical assessment clinic, and ensure compliance with the Diagnostic Accreditation Program.
As a uniquely high‑impact role, you will work closely with H&S managers and senior leadership to implement regional priorities and shape the future of EVR’s Occupational Health Program. This role requires strong communication skills, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Monday‑Friday, with a compressed work week offering alternating Fridays off.

$106,000 - $131,000 a year
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
