Surrey Memorial Hospital is seeking three dynamic full‑time community‑based obstetrician and gynecologists. We are looking for two full‑time OBGYNs and one full‑time obstetrician who does not include major OR time but would have access to sedation OR time if interested.
Our current team values collaboration, shared responsibility, and mutual support – with two OBGYNs on‑site at any given time, you will enjoy both autonomy and strong peer support.

This position will have full obstetrical and gynecology privileges at Surrey Memorial Hospital and outpatient gynecologic privileges at the Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre. Active participation in the obstetrics and gynecology call rotations at Surrey Memorial Hospital is a requirement.
As a member of the Fraser Health medical staff, you will participate in the University of British Columbia (UBC) medical education program and are expected to apply for a clinical faculty appointment in the Division of Obstetrics & Gynecology, UBC. This is an excellent time for US‑trained OBGYNs to consider relocating, thanks to significant recent regulatory changes in British Columbia.
Located in Metro Vancouver, Surrey is a beautiful and rapidly growing community within the Fraser Health Authority. Surrey Memorial Hospital performs over 6,000 deliveries per year, including deliveries by local family practice providers and midwifery groups.
