Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Toronto is seeking an experienced administrative professional for a temporary full-time role. This position involves providing extensive support to the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, managing various administrative tasks, and assisting with special projects. Candidates should have a postsecondary degree or equivalent experience, along with at least three years in a teaching/health setting. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Competitive hourly pay is offered, with potential for additional hours.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in a teaching/health environment, including accounting.
  • Experience with medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Labour and Delivery.
  • Coordinate bookings for caesarean sections and triage.
  • Assist with research abstracts and submissions.
