- Competitive Remuneration : Salary range for the position is $74.74 / hour - $82.21 / hour. Interior Health establishes salaries within the minimum and maximum of the salary range based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnosis and Treatment : Assess and diagnose undifferentiated diseases and conditions, provide treatment, and prescribe medications within scope and regulatory standards.
- Care Management : Monitor ongoing care, order diagnostics, interpret results, and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Patient Communication : Establish priorities, provide follow-up care, and communicate with patients and families about diagnoses and plans.
- Collaboration and Consultation : Work with physicians and other professionals; may admit and discharge patients per policies.
- Prescribing Medication : Prescribe medications within legal guidelines to ensure safe use.
- Leadership and Supervision : Lead and guide other nursing and healthcare personnel; provide education and evaluations.
- Research and Innovation : Contribute to research and initiatives impacting care and policies.
- Health Promotion : Lead health promotion activities and screenings for at-risk populations.
