We are seeking a Registered Nurse to service our facility patients throughout the Charleston area. Nurse Case Managers will service Assisted Living Facility and Independent Living Facility patients in care coordination with the provider within their assigned service area(s).
This is a salary-based position. It is a full-time 12-hr position (7:00AM-7:00PM) (Friday-Sunday).
