We do not offer in home patient care at this time only medication dispensing.

  • Location: In-Home (Onsite)
  • Position Type: Casual and permanent positions available
  • Compensation: LPN rate $34/hour+ Annual Bonus & RN rate $40/hour + Annual Bonus

Heart Pharmacy’s St. Anthony’s Clinic seeks passionate Nurses to join our dedicated Heart at Home team.You’ll work in a nurturing community environment providing mobile daily medication dispensing across Greater Victoria. We aim to help people better manage their medications to be their best selves and stay in their homes longer.

Role Summary:

As a Heart at Home Nurse, you will provide essential care to clients, help them manage their medications including insulin.

You’ll work with:

  • Medication Dispensing: Provide medication dispensing care as an LPN or RN working within an LPN scope.
  • Insulin Management: Including giving medications, checking blood sugar levels, and giving injections.
  • Collaboration: Work with the Vancouver Island Health Authority and local healthcare providers to ensure clients receive continuous, quality care.
  • Companionship: For some of our clients you are one of the few familiar faces they see every day.
What You’ll Bring
  • Licensed LPN or RN: Completion of an accredited program and registration with the BCCNM.
  • Skills: Strong communication, basic computer proficiency, and a commitment to compassionate care.
  • Requirements: Valid BC driver’s license, reliable vehicle and clean criminal record check.
