Qualifications

• Registration in good standing with the Alberta College of Paramedics as a Primary Care Paramedic.
• Must hold a valid class 4 Alberta Operator License.
• Successful completion of the Functional Abilities Recruitment Evaluation test.

Responsibilities

• Assess emergency scenes and transport ill or injured patients.
• Administer minor medications and provide basic life support.
• Maintain and stock ambulances and EMS vehicles.

Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
