Job summary

A leading church organization is looking for a full-time pastor to lead and grow the Next Generation Ministries. This role includes engaging with youth and children, creating discipleship pathways, and supporting family involvement in faith. The ideal candidate will have seminary training and strong leadership skills to inspire volunteers and foster community connections, working closely with the Senior Pastor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and multiply a team of volunteers for Next Generation’s ministries.
• Support the Director of The Crossing Church Camp.
• Lead evangelism and discipleship of youth and children.
• Equip youth and children to serve in the community.
• Support parents in their role to ground children in faith.
• Participate in Sunday morning worship.
• Help develop a church-wide discipleship pathway.
• Collaborate with Senior Pastor on church vision.
