What are your contributions to the team?

As a Supply Chain Agent in the Procurement & Supply Chain Aviation division at Bombardier, reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, you are responsible for supporting new product development. Within the Strategy & Governance department, your role involves driving strategic initiatives and fostering collaboration to ensure operational excellence.

• Be responsible for all procurement‑related activities for specific commodities of the various product development phases.
• Represent Procurement with the various integrated product development team.
• Track changes through the management process up to the point of implementation.
• Be responsible for contractual negotiations, resulting from product ranges, with external suppliers.
• Ensure that correct project tracking and visibility are provided by suppliers for Procurement and other business unit functions.
• Support, where applicable, the Procurement commodity team in establishing sourcing strategies for the development programs and draft commercial agreements with the suppliers.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
• You have four (4) to seven (7) years of experience in the aerospace industry.
• You possess experience in contract negotiations with suppliers.
• You have experience on development programs (an asset).
• You possess technical knowledge (an asset).
• You have strong analytical skills.
• You possess strong communication skills (French and English).
