About the Role

Calling all new grads who are looking for a career in real estate!

This is an excellent opportunity to launch your future with one of Canada’s most high-growth and influential real estate companies while working with a great team.

As a Community Leasing Agent you are the welcoming voice, trusted guide, and essential face of our communities. You shape first impressions and connect future residents with their new home. You ensure that every qualified applicant sees why they should be part of our family and you are not afraid to say no to those who don’t meet our standards. You are a cornerstone of our commitment to building incredible communities where people feel Now You’re Home.

This full-time permanent role blends sales, customer service, and community-building. You’ll thrive if you’re confident, organized, people-focused, and energized by a fast-paced environment. Success comes from guiding prospective residents through the leasing journey quickly, professionally, and with heart, ensuring they don’t just find an apartment but a place to truly call home.

In addition to the duties typically expected of a high-performing leasing agent, you will be responsible for:

Lead Management & Resident Engagement
  • Work with Leasing Coordinators on all leasing inquiries (phone, email, web, walk-ins).
  • Respond to leads quickly, professionally, and with genuine enthusiasm.
  • Build authentic rapport with prospects, understand their needs, and recommend the right fit from our diverse rental portfolio.
  • Conduct engaging, informative, and welcoming tours in-person and virtual with deep product knowledge and warmth.
  • Deliver a seamless, personalized leasing experience aligned with CLV Group’s brand and service promise.
Leasing Process Coordination
  • Confidently guide future residents through the full leasing journey from inquiry to move-in.
  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM and property management systems.
  • Proactively follow up to ensure high conversion, personalized engagement, and strong retention.
Marketing & Community Engagement
  • Partner with the leasing and marketing teams to elevate our brand presence and drive occupancy.
  • Keep listings and promotional materials up to date, appealing, and consistent with brand tone.
  • Represent our values during all resident and community-facing interactions.
Market Knowledge & Competitive Edge
  • Stay informed on local rental market trends, pricing, availability, and neighbourhood dynamics.
  • Understand what future residents are truly looking for and what other options they may be considering.
  • Be familiar with our competitors: what they do well and how our communities compare to provide honest, well-informed guidance.
  • Share insights transparently and sincerely, helping prospects weigh their options and feel confident in their decision.
  • Highlight what sets CLV Group apart – our service, our people, our care for community – and why that matters when choosing a place to call home.
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Generate reports and track leasing performance to support data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure all leasing procedures comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate across teams to support daily operations and foster a positive, team-focused work culture.

Most importantly, we are a small yet mighty team. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, help-where-you-are-needed kind of role. We are looking for a new team member who will be a culture builder, someone who will lean in to help us build an engaged and positive work environment and someone who will support our success when and as needed, as our team will do for you when you need it.

This role is based on location in our communities. Flexible hours are required as you will be part of a rotational shift that will cover weekends and evenings too.

Qualifications & Attributes
  • The ability to speak multiple languages (English / French / Spanish, etc.) is a big plus for us.
  • Experience in leasing, property management, customer service, hospitality, or sales is an asset but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and respond with urgency, speed, and attention to detail.
  • Quick thinker and fast mover; you understand the value of responsiveness and use it to your advantage in converting leads.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding leasing goals.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems, property management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as required by the leasing schedule.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to fostering a collaborative and engaging workplace culture.
