Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve network and network security issues (L3) for clients
• Work on Data Center projects and improvements
• Troubleshot and resolve issues related to the internal Data Center
• Work with numerous network vendors including Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, WatchGuard, Palo Alto and more

Skills/Must have:

• L3 Network Support Experience
• L3 Network Security Support Experience
• Extensive Data Center experience
• MSP Experience is preferred
• French speaking is preferred
