Reporting to the Team Lead, Technical Services, the Network Analyst will be responsible analyzing, implementing, maintaining & documenting various networking hardware; configuration based on business needs.

Job Requirements
  • Analyzing and monitoring network performance.
  • Providing network support and resolving connectivity issues.
  • Configuring hardware and software to optimize network communication and traffic delivery.
  • Setting up LAN and WAN networks.
  • Have knowledge in advanced next-gen firewall and IPS solutions
  • Managing IP addresses, DHCP/DNS and resolving conflicts.
  • Monitoring and maintaining network services and performing upgrades.
  • Performing system administration tasks and ensuring network security.
  • Documenting processes, creating and monitoring network performance metrics.
  • Consulting with internal departments, businesses/vendors and training IT support staff.
  • Keeping up with advancements in network technologies and solutions through continued learning strategies.
  • Build/Update network level diagrams for different line of business and networks
  • Supporting and administering wireless access points and connectivity.
  • Participate in call rotation and support critical services accordingly; and
  • Any other duties as assigned.
Professional Qualifications & Competencies
  • Possess a post-secondary education in computer science, computer networking or combination of experienced and education;
  • Have a minimum of five years of experience in the information technology field which includes a minimum of three years of experience focusing on networks;
  • Have demonstrated experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and Cisco network and collaboration solutions;
