About the Role

We are looking for an Intermediate NetSuite Developer to support and enhance our NetSuite ERP environment as the business continues to grow. In this role, you will customize workflows, develop SuiteScript solutions, and help build integrations that streamline processes across finance, operations, sales, and technology teams.

This position is ideal for a developer with solid NetSuite experience who is ready to take ownership of meaningful projects in a fast‑paced, high‑energy, and collaborative environment. You will report to the VP of Technology & Innovation and play a key role in improving system stability, data accuracy, and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop,maintain, andoptimize SuiteScript2.0/2.1 customizations.
  • Build and enhance workflows using SuiteFlow.
  • Assistwith integrations between NetSuite and platforms such as HubSpot and Microsoft tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite issues related to performance, scripts, roles, and data.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, sales, and technology teams to support system improvements.
  • Ensure data integrity, proper governance, and adherence to SDLCbest practices.
  • Maintainaccuratedocumentation for scripts, workflows, integrations, and processes.
  • Support system performance monitoring and ongoing optimization.
  • Contribute to automating manual processes across the organization.
Required Qualifications
  • Hands‑on experience with NetSuite development, including SuiteScript2.0/2.1 and SuiteFlow.
  • Strong understanding of ERP processes, including workflows, roles, and permissions.
  • Proficiency with REST or SOAP APIs and integration concepts.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex scripting, workflow, and system issues.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Nice‑to‑Have
  • Experience with Mulesoft or other integration platforms.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Power BI).
  • Experience with SQL or other data tools.

Work Schedule
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm EST, fully remote

$80,000–$120,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits. Compensation is flexible and depends on the candidate’s experience, location, and interview performance.
