Driving Purpose of the position:

This role reports to the Director, Digital Transformation. Our NetSuite administrator is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system, ensuring smooth workflow by customizing user roles, creating dashboards, managing system access, troubleshooting issues, and adapting the platform to align with GFD's business processes.

Your typical day:

• Oversee the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the NetSuite system, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity
• Develop and maintain custom objects, scripts, and workflows to automate tasks, improve efficiency, and streamline operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement system enhancements, and optimize business processes

What You bring to the role:

● 5 years of proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or a NetSuite Consultant with exposure to the finance/banking industry

Desired certifications and technical requirements:

• NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification, an asset
• NetSuite Application Developer Certification, an asset
• Proficiency in Excel
• PMP Certification, an asset

The interview process includes:

• 30-minute Introductory video call via MS Teams with Human Resources
• 45-minute video call with the team
• 45-minute in-person interview at the GFD office (2844 Bristol Circle, Oakville) with Reporting Manager, HR, and CTO
