Position: National Sales Manager, Commercial Accounts

We are seeking a National Sales Manager, Commercial Accounts, to drive growth in ServiceMaster Restore’s commercial business by developing strategic partnerships and expanding relationships across key commercial verticals, including brokers, property managers, commercial insurers, MGAs, and other stakeholders. Working closely with the Director of National Accounts and the North American Commercial Sales team, the successful candidate will be a dynamic sales professional with a proven ability to deliver results and build meaningful connections aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the commercial book of business through outreach to brokers, property managers, MGAs, and insurers.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies for penetrating and expanding within key verticals.
  3. Leverage market insights to identify growth opportunities and create tailored value propositions.
  4. Collaborate with local franchises to leverage commercial relationships nationally.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across verticals.
  6. Serve as the primary contact for commercial partnerships, ensuring effective communication.
  7. Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums.
  8. Maintain a pipeline of prospects and move opportunities through the sales cycle.
  9. Achieve or exceed sales targets, contributing to revenue goals.
  10. Track and analyze sales performance, reporting regularly to leadership.
  11. Align sales efforts with operational capabilities and client needs.
  12. Partner with marketing to develop campaigns and materials.
  13. Support client-specific training, workshops, and presentations.
  14. Maintain accurate records in CRM system.
  15. Provide regular sales activity reports.
  16. Manage a regional marketing, events, and travel budget.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years in commercial sales or business development, preferably in restoration, insurance, or property management.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial insurance market.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
  • Self-starter with organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Experience in restoration or property claims industries preferred.
  • Existing relationships in key verticals preferred.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and trends preferred.
