Job description

PrimaryRole and Responsibilities will include:

MembershipSupport & Development

  • Regularcommunication with existing members on matters directly affecting theiroperations
  • Identifynew members using established membership development methodology andcriteria
  • Identifyand coordinate regional membership networking opportunities
  • Coordinateand/or provide member training
  • Attend,plan/coordinate national and regional meetings with members
  • Contributematerial for internal communications

Communication& Reporting

  • Submitmonthly, quarterly and annual reports
  • Attendnational marketing committee and annual member meetings
  • Documentationof sales activities

Budget& Marketing Plan

  • Hire aBusiness Development Manager and assist with the development of an annualmarketing plan and budget
  • Assistin implementing marketing plan initiatives while maintaining expenseswithin an allocated budget
  • Keepabreast of changes within the industry, including customers andcompetition

Developmentof New and Existing Accounts

  • Identifyaccount opportunities and maintain a high degree of sales activity
  • Helppromote services nationally
  • Reportactivities and milestones on a regular basis

MarketingSupport

  • Attendregional and national trade shows
  • Promoteand coordinate attendance at trade shows, seminars and regional meetingsas necessary
  • Assistwith RFI / RFP responses
  • Assistwith national catastrophic response plan and procedures
Requirements

Skills andQualifications:

  • Enjoysworking in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Exceptionalcommunication skills: written, verbal and presentation
  • Highattention to detail with a focus on fact-based decision making
  • 5+years of experience in the Insurance or Property Restoration Industry isan asset but not a requirement
