Job summary

A leading dance media company is seeking experienced Sports Photographers to capture dynamic dance performances across Canada. Candidates should have over 3 years of event photography experience and be skilled in manual camera settings under various lighting conditions. This role involves extensive travel to events, with all travel and accommodation expenses covered. Compensation ranges from $150 to $400 per day, including a stipend for equipment and paid training prior to events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Photographer (event, sports, concert, theatre, or live action).
• Skilled with manual camera settings under changing light.
• Valid Canadian driver’s license and clear background check.

Responsibilities

• Photograph live dance performances in low-light conditions.
• Adjust exposure, ISO, and white balance on the fly.
• Manage and back up images using DanceBUG’s software.
