Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Proactively connect with existing and new clients to understand their current needs and goals.
  • Build lasting relationships by providing relevant insights, recommendations, and timely follow-ups.
  • Act as a trusted advisor who listens first and provides value-driven solutions.

Sales with a Service Mindset

  • Identify and close opportunities for Managed IT Services (MSP) and hardware solutions without high-pressure tactics.
  • Tailor solutions based on real business challenges, not just quotas.
  • Negotiate terms and follow through with accurate quotes and order execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with technical teams to develop and present custom IT solutions.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and opportunities using CRM tools.

What We're Looking For:

Experience & Background

  • 2+ years in customer-facing roles such as technical sales, account management, or MSP customer support.
  • Familiarity with IT hardware, networks, and managed services; certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
  • A diploma or degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
