Job description

We are seeking Mortgage Agents who are dedicated to scaling their business and earning more revenue per hour. A successful Mortgage Agent at BRX will align with our values of radical transparency, collaboration over competition, and constant improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

1. A valid mortgage license in a province that BRX Mortgage is operating in.

Training:

1. No experience necessary: We have a complementary state-of-the-art training program for new Mortgage Agents including:
2. Sherpa Training: small group cohort coaching
3. 100 Day Challenge: daily emails with training videos and steps to complete
4. 55 hours a week of live Underwriting Coaching
5. 1:1 Mindset Coaching

Additionally, for new and experienced Mortgage Agents, training includes:

1. Mortgage License transferred to BRX Mortgage

Compensation:

1. Capped Commission: Our platform offers 85%/15% split with a $15,000 cap. Once you hit $100,000 in annual commission, you earn 100% commission.
2. No Franchise Fees. No middleman taking a cut before your 85/15 split.
3. Quick Commissions: We pay commission twice a week on all compliant files. We do not hold; you earn it.
4. Eligible to participate in Revenue Share.
5. Eligible to earn Stock Options: Our agents can earn stock options for hitting specific milestones.
