The Opportunity

The Mobile Automotive Service Technician is focused on providing automotive services (tire sales tire installation glass repairs automotive detailing). Additionally this position provides ad-hoc support to our CAA Atlantic Emergency Roadside Service Team where youll assist with; battery testing battery sales tire repairs and spare changes lockouts fuel delivery and more much! If you passionate about the automotive industry and are known to provide premiere customer service this position is for you! This position follows a shift rotation schedule 12 hour shifts 4 days on 4 days off.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduled Services: Tire sales
  • Tire installation
  • Automotive glass repairs
  • Automotive detailing
  • Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment
  • Safely operate computer-related equipment including but not limited to wireless data terminals, credit card terminals, battery diagnostic equipment and communication devices in a safe and professional manner adhering to all safety protocols
  • Maintain and account for company-provided equipment, vehicles, inventory and tools
  • Other duties as required

Emergency Roadside Services :

  • Lock out
  • Fuel delivery
  • Tire repair
  • Spare tire change
  • Battery testing
  • Battery installation
  • Battery sales
  • Battery boosts
  • Towing
  • Safely operate computer-related equipment including but not limited to wireless data terminals, credit card terminals, battery diagnostic equipment and communication devices in a safe and professional manner adhering to all safety protocols
  • Maintain and account for company-provided equipment, vehicles, inventory and tools
  • Other duties as required
Qualifications
  • Class 5 license
  • Class 3 license with air brake endorsement preferred
  • Automotive related experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Exceptional commitment to customer service
  • Clear criminal background check
  • Clean drivers abstract
  • Ability to work unsupervised and in all weather conditions
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email)
  • Knowledge of smartphone and tablet use
