Brad Paddison Contracting Ltd. is a mine project specialist offering services in shutdowns, turnarounds, installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance. BPC is based out of 100 Mile House, BC, and has been offering mine services across Canada since 2008. We are excited to be expanding our team as we take on larger long term contracts through the remainder of 2025 and into 2026!

BPC hires both direct employees and owner-operator contractors. We pay industry leading wages—rates are negotiable based on experience and level of trades certification.

We are currently looking for crew members for our work at Greenstone Gold Mine.

THE FOLLOWING TICKETS / CERTIFICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED AN ASSET:

BPC is willing to work with the right candidate to complete any required certifications.

Our crews generally work 12-hour shifts, with a two week on, two week off rotation. Night shift work may be required.
