A high-tech MEMS company in Edmonton is seeking a MEMS R&D technologist to support microfabrication and wafer processing in a cleanroom environment. This full-time position requires a college diploma or degree in relevant fields and hands-on experience in microfabrication techniques. Norcada is currently looking for candidates to fill a “MEMS R&D technologist” position within its MEMS R&D group. The candidate will be working in a semiconductor clean-room environment to carry out microfabrication and wafer processing work to support the company’s production and R&D activities.
This position reports to the R&D Fabrication Manager, who oversees production of our advanced MEMS products and nano-bio solutions. We are seeking individuals with technician level education and experience who can support our MEMS processing, manufacturing, and device qualification. This is a full time, permanent position and provides medical and pension benefits.
