  • Status: Permanent, Full time (40 hours per week)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Candidates must also be available for occasional Saturday shifts as required.

As an accredited clinic, we specialize in personalized breast health care for women, providing advanced imaging technologies including diagnostic and screening mammography, tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, and interventional procedures. Our services extend to general ultrasound examinations and X-Ray, ensuring a wide spectrum of medical imaging needs are met under one roof.

What you’ll do

  • Manage high-volume incoming calls efficiently, ensuring prompt and professional customer service
  • Coordinate and optimize appointment scheduling, balancing patient needs with provider availability
  • Deliver comprehensive information about services, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the organization's offerings
  • Maintain and update patient records with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Implement and maintain efficient front-desk procedures, including patient reception and greeting, to enhance overall patient experience and operational effectiveness
  • Process and track referrals, liaising effectively between patients, providers, and external healthcare facilities
  • Handle communication flow by taking detailed messages and ensuring timely delivery to appropriate staff members
  • Execute a wide range of administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and data entry, to support smooth office operations
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality and demonstrate professional discretion when handling sensitive medical records and patient information in accordance with privacy policies and regulations
