Detailed Responsibilities:

Media Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with the Account Manager, clients, and creative teams to understand client goals and target audiences.
- Develop comprehensive media plans that align with client objectives and budgets.
- Utilize market research and data to inform media buying decisions.

Digital Media Buying:
- Execute media buys across various online channels, including social media, display advertising and search engine marketing.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with digital media vendors to stay informed about advertising opportunities.

Budget Management:
- Manage client budgets for digital media buying, ensuring the efficient allocation and tracking of expenses.
- Provide clients with budget updates and recommend adjustments as needed.

Campaign Execution:
- Oversee the implementation and execution of digital media campaigns, including ad placement and scheduling.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within specified parameters.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimization.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze the effectiveness of digital media campaigns using key metrics and data analytics.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients, offering actionable insights and recommendations for campaign enhancement.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement in digital media buying strategies.
Hiring Requirements::
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in digital marketing and paid media, with a focus on Media Buying.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Professional client service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with client retention and growth strategies is a plus.
