Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Mayfair - High-End Residential & Commercial - Up to £48,000

Are you looking for a role with more variety? If the answer is yes, read on. Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based near Mayfair. CBW is recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based across circa 70 sites within a team of 4 engineers. All sites are within 1 square mile and walking distance from one another. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.

The role involves carrying out mechanical planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites. Working with the maintenance team on-site, the engineer should have an understanding and hands-on experience of the items below. The company offers a competitive salary, further training, overtime and the chance to work across unique and interesting sites.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the mechanical plant
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Pressurization Units
• Cooling Towers
• Chillers
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment
• Monitor the BMS systems
• Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
• General building fabric
• Escort specialist subcontractors

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
• 08:00 to 17:00
• No Callout

Requirements

• Mechanically / Plumbing qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
• Installation experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Happy to cover a large site
• Honest, hard working and reliable

Package

• Up to £48,000 per annum
• Lots of overtime available
• 25 days holiday + BH
