Superior Farms, brings together the rich legacies and expertise of Rite Way Manufacturing and Morris Equipment Ltd., two western Canadian companies dedicated to providing quality, performance-based equipment for farmers worldwide.

We are recruiting to fill two full time Material Handlers to join our team at our Manufacturing facility in Minnedosa, MB. The shift is Monday ? Thursday, 10-hour shifts.

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Transport material and components to and from work centers
  • Provide safe loading, unloading and stocking methods of pallets and containers
  • Performs service checks on machines
  • Understand yard storage practices for the safe and orderly transport of parts and finished goods.
  • Read and understand work orders, primary drawings to locate and deliver production parts
  • Ability to use a measuring tape to accurately measure parts or material.
  • Complete work orders, man hour cards and inventory forms correctly and accurately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Grade XII education (or equivalent)
  • Relevant experience in the manufacturing sector
  • Must be mentally alert and have a good memory to enable operator to quickly recognize area and judge safe speeds and safe movement of material.
  • A forklift training certificate is required for this position
  • Ability to read, understand instructions and follow them exactly
  • Ability to work independently without close supervision
