A leading Canadian university seeks a Master of Speech Language Pathology Program Coordinator to support the program's academic and operational success. Primary Purpose: The MSLP Program Coordinator plays a central role in supporting the academic and operational success of the Master of Speech-Language Pathology (MSLP) program within the School of Rehabilitation Science (SRS). This position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day program operations, including course scheduling, Clinical Learning Resource Centre (CLRC) lab and exam planning, timetabling, part-time teaching support, course evaluations and oversight and upkeep of equipment and consumables. The MSLP Coordinator ensures that administrative processes run smoothly and align with the strategic goals of the SRS and the broader College of Medicine. This role also contributes to the continuous improvement of program delivery by identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and supporting a high-quality student and faculty experience.
Nature of Work: The MSLP Program Coordinator works in a collaborative, student-centered environment, engaging regularly with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders. The role requires a high degree of independence, initiative, and problem-solving ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to evolving program needs. Reporting to the SRS Manager, Academic Programs and Operations, the MSLP Program Coordinator will work alongside Program Coordinators for the Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) and Master of Physical programs, contributing to a cohesive and knowledgeable administrative team.
